Review Process

• If your news content is rejected during the review process, your payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Once the news is approved and published, the transaction becomes non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable in case of post-publishing dissatisfaction, unless due to technical error on our platform.
